• Where did Jesus go after he died?
• If God tells us to forgive each other repeatedly, why was the cross necessary for Him to forgive us? I know repentance is necessary and I know it comes down to “The wages of sin are death” but, WHY are the wages of sin death? Is it because God is just? Is it because of his goodness, that we can’t live in His presence with sin? If someone were to ask me this question, I don’t have a good answer. This is also something that Brian MacLaren says about the cross – that its not necessary for forgiveness.
